My previous objections a side the total weight savings from an otherwise direct usage of the wiring harness, to this point, is 7lbs.
Unfortunately as my dear friend pointed out, there is more to loose in the pilot than in the platform. Which is funny because that was the argument everyone used back in the day when we were into motorcycles. The Catfish is ultimately a motorcycle replacement for me, so despite the observation I know I am on the right track! 😉
